Litigation Attorney (Family Law / Civil )

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a *Litigation Attorney (3+ years)* to handle *family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield)*.
This is a *primarily remote position* — you’ll work from home with *in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week*.

• *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, depending on experience and production

• What You’ll Do*
• Handle a caseload of *family law and/or civil litigation matters* based on your experience
• Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys
• Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role

• *Experience or an interest* in *family law and/or civil litigation*
• Licensed in Illinois (or pending admission)
• Comfortable handling cases with guidance and growing into independence
