SEO Specialist (Contract)
Contract Type: 6-Week + Contract | Approximately 28-30 hours/week

About the Role
A full-service marketing agency is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join on a short-term contract basis, supporting a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can step in quickly, apply strong technical and strategic SEO skills across multiple accounts, and deliver results within a compressed timeline.
What You'll Do

• Manage SEO strategy and execution across a variety of client accounts spanning both B2B and B2C industries
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimization recommendations
• Apply AI Optimization (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles to keep client strategies current with how search is evolving
• Monitor and analyze performance using GA4 and Google Search Console
• Run technical SEO audits and site crawls using Screaming Frog to identify and resolve issues
• Build and deliver clear, actionable SEO reporting and analysis
• Develop SEO strategy recommendations tailored to each client's business goals

Requirements
What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Working knowledge of AIO/GEO principles and how they apply to modern search strategy
• Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
• Proven ability to translate SEO data into clear reporting and strategy
• Agency experience -- comfortable managing and context-switching across multiple client accounts at once
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C client types
• Available to start September 30 and commit to roughly 28-30 hours per week for the six-week engagement
