Aerospace Test Technician

Location: Littleton, CO
Pay: $33–$45/hr DOE + $2–$3/hr shift differential
Shift: 2nd / Swing Shift — typically 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

We’re looking for a hands-on Aerospace Test Technician to join a growing testing team supporting complex mechanical systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and solving mechanical problems while working closely with engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on pressure and pneumatic system testing
• Test and troubleshoot mechanical systems and components
• Set up and operate testing equipment, valves, and pressure systems
• Document test results and communicate findings to engineering teams
• Support specialized testing, including thermal, vacuum, or pressure testing
• Identify issues and help troubleshoot test failures

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with pneumatics and pressure systems
• Experience performing pressure testing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with mechanical systems and test equipment
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers
• Comfortable working 2nd/swing shift

Nice to Have: TVAC/thermal testing, vacuum chambers, thermal cycling, data acquisition systems, or software-controlled valves. Aerospace/defense experience is a plus
