1. • Lead, motivate and develop a regional sales team across the North of England.
   • Drive regional revenue growth, profitability and overall sales performance.
   • Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable for results.
   • Develop and strengthen relationships with key foodservice wholesale customers.
   • Drive new business acquisition while maximising growth opportunities within existing accounts.
   • Use sales data, market insights and performance reporting to identify opportunities and improve results.
   • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer service, commercial success and continuous improvement.
