Senior PL/SQL Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer with 10+ years of experience in Oracle database development, SQL programming, performance tuning, and database optimization. The candidate will be responsible for developing complex database solutions, optimizing queries, and supporting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and analytical functions.

• Perform query tuning, indexing, and database performance optimization.

• Work with Oracle databases, tables, views, materialized views, and database objects.

• Develop and maintain batch processes and data migration scripts.

• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and other technical teams.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and production support.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.

• Strong expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and cursors.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle performance tuning, execution plans, and indexing.

• Experience with bulk processing, dynamic SQL, collections, and exception handling.

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and query optimization.

• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
