Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead/Principal Architect to lead the architecture, development, and modernization of an enterprise Automated Testing Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on Java Architect with enterprise automation platform and cloud-native experience.

🔑 Must-Have Skills

• 15–20+ years of overall IT experience with strong architecture/technical leadership
• Expert-level Java + Spring Boot
• Strong REST APIs + Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience designing/building Enterprise Automated Testing Frameworks / Test Automation Platforms
• Strong React.js + Node.js + TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong SQL experience – SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Experience with AWS or Azure
• Strong Docker + Kubernetes experience
• Strong CI/CD & DevOps – GitHub / Azure DevOps
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, API-first design, scalability & resilience
• Strong technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring experience

• Financial Services / Capital Markets experience
• Kafka experience
• Experience with cloud-native modernization
• AI-assisted testing / intelligent automation experience
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams
