10 - 12 Years

Salesforce Business Analyst

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
Work with Salesforce Developers and Admins to deliver solutions.
Understand Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports, Dashboards, Flows, and Objects.
Perform UAT testing and coordinate with business users.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to analyze business problems and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator is a plus.
