The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside a Microsoft Practice Director, gaining exposure to customer engagements, technical discussions, executive meetings, pre-sales activities, innovation initiatives, partner relationships and business strategy from day one.
Rather than following a traditional early-career path, you'll learn through immersion, observing, supporting and gradually taking ownership as your confidence and expertise grow. You'll gain first-hand exposure to how a successful technology consultancy operates while developing both technical and commercial skills.

What You'll Be Involved In:

• Shadowing the Microsoft Practice Director across day-to-day activities
• Attending customer, partner and stakeholder meetings
• Supporting technical pre-sales engagements
• Assisting with proposals, presentations and Statements of Work
• Participating in innovation and service development discussions
• Researching emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends
• Supporting webinars, seminars and industry events
• Working with Microsoft and wider technology partners
• Exploring opportunities for AI and automation within services
• Contributing ideas for new services and technical capabilities

Technology Exposure:

• Over time you'll develop knowledge across:
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Microsoft Defender XDR
• Microsoft Entra
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Copilot
• Microsoft Agent technologies
• Emerging Microsoft security and cloud technologies

Additional Information:

This is a predominantly remote role, however regular travel to offices, customer sites, partner meetings and industry events will be required. The successful candidate should be comfortable travelling across the UK as part of their development and learning journey.
