As a Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and providing financial insight across the business. This position contributes to accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and strong collaboration across finance and operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Finance Manager.
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense reporting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial records.
- Support FP&A activities and financial reporting processes.
- Assist with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and supporting FP&A activities.
- Background in cost accounting and working with reporting tools in an accounting environment.
- Experience using an ERP system, along with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with tools used for reconciliations and expense reporting.
- Ability to partner effectively with plant operations, finance leadership, and external partners such as auditors or vendors.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience with Epicor is a plus.
