The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their recovery, and assist with therapeutic measures.
• Independently carry out doctor's orders and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily station operations.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, organized, and safe environment within the interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed education as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (though not a strict requirement).
