The Role • Replace and repair vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume responsibility as an operational manager, overseeing technical aspects, adherence to standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Execute quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already hold operational management certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
