Lead QA Automation Engineer (Exp -10 Y)-Full time-Remote

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web and API-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/JUnit.

• Perform UI, API, functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Develop API automation using REST Assured/Postman.

• Create and maintain reusable automation scripts and test utilities.

• Integrate automation suites with Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.

• Perform database validation using SQL.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.

• Strong expertise in Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit.

• Hands-on experience with REST Assured and API Testing.

• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.

• Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.

• Experience with Microservices, JSON/XML, and REST APIs.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cypress/Playwright.

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud platforms.

• Experience with BDD/Cucumber and performance testing tools.

• Exposure to AI/GenAI-based testing and test automation solutions.
