We partner with schools and local authorities to provide flexible, trauma-informed support to disengaged and vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Plan and deliver in-person, remote, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, adapting to their individual learning styles and needs.
• Implement trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring strategies.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report on lesson outcomes.
• Engage in flexible teaching opportunities to suit your schedule.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, with a preference for SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD experience.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects (Maths, English, or Science).
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating safe learning environments.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• The right to work in the United Kingdom.
