Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to design and deliver technical workflow solutions, lead customer projects, and provide technical guidance for successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small projects and teams, ensuring quality execution and consistent delivery.
• Develop expertise in 1 2 ServiceNow offerings and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with long-term business needs.
• Conduct customer workshops to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
• Review code, oversee unit testing, and ensure technical quality.
• Guide customers in technical documentation, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their technical development.
• Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements based on customer feedback.
• Leverage AI to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and customize customer solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong ServiceNow platform and technical solution design expertise.
• ServiceNow certifications in the relevant workflow or product area.
• Industry domain expertise and experience resolving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with customers and teams.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, problem-solving, and business processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
