We're hiring on behalf of a leading European manufacturer of commercial vehicles and a provider of transport solutions. The Role

• Handling customer orders and providing technical advice
• Supporting with diagnostics and fault finding
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Scheduling and planning workshop appointments
• Managing warranty claims and evaluating guarantee and goodwill cases
• Processing customer complaints

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Service Advisor or a technical apprenticeship in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle technology/electrics; a master craftsman certificate and CE driver's license are advantageous
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
• Strong negotiation skills
• High commitment, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer and service orientation
