Job Description

Job Title: Sr Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful KPIs.
  • Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Build and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to solve business problems using data.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across the organization.
  • Support A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analysis where applicable.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and data models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Expertise in Excel for advanced analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
