About Us:

We're growing our EMEA Marketing organization to support our rapidly scaling business. We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - DACH who is passionate about growing revenue, generating pipeline, and working closely with a high-caliber sales team.

The Marketing Manager - DACH will work hand-in-hand with our sales team focused on banking, financial services and insurance industries to grow the business, including developing and executing demand generation campaigns and driving pipeline progression programs.

About you:

  • You are operationally minded. You demonstrate a strong ability to make data-driven decisions around programs, ROI, and pipeline impact and align peers and sales to your prioritization.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating across a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have a self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and aren't afraid of building programs from scratch, including new AI-focused initiatives.
  • You are a strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of urgency to get it done.
  • You are curious about emerging technologies and motivated to help customers understand and adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Own marketing efforts for DACH including brand awareness, demand gen and pipeline progression - effectively deliver pipeline generation for both target marketing and target persona groups
  • Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
  • Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing for top targets accounts in collaboration with sales, ensuring tight alignment to account plans and goals.
  • Own end-to-end marketing plan for the DACH business, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region to tracking towards revenue targets
  • Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer facing events including tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events.
  • Provide leadership and support to the EMEA field organization, ensuring sales, partners, and BDRs have the messaging, assets, and programs needed to drive growth.
  • Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales, partners, and BDRs to share plans, results, and insights.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies
  • Experience marketing to banking financial services or insurance
  • Experience marketing AI, data platform, cloud, or emerging technology solutions is a strong plus
  • Excellent communicator, with proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management and leadership
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution.
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans in fast-paced, hands-on environments
  • Experience running account-based marketing with a set of named accounts
  • Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously

Preferred

• Experience with AI, cloud, data platform, or emerging technology solutions

Our Benefits & Rewards

The primary locations for this opportunity are Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The applicable salary range for these locations is: €69,900 - €115,500. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
