- Hands-on experience implementing Splunk Observability Cloud (APM, Infra Monitoring, RUM, Log Observer).
- Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry (collectors, processors, exporters, instrumentation).
- Experience with distributed tracing, span analysis, and service dependency mapping.
- Familiarity with Splunk Enterprise and ITSI for integrated observability use cases.
