AI / ML Engineer

What We're Looking For
8 years of software engineering, AI/ML, or applied AI experience
Strong Python programming skills
Ability to independently research a new AI problem and identify practical solution options
Hands-on experience using modern AI models and APIs
Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vision models, or multimodal AI
Ability to build working prototypes and convert successful prototypes into maintainable
code
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and application integration
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between accuracy, latency, complexity, and cost
Comfortable experimenting with new models and technologies rather than relying on a
fixed stack
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
Bonus Points
Experience with computer vision or document AI
Experience with search, ranking, recommendation, or matching systems
Experience with agentic AI workflows
Experience with open-source models and Hugging Face
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or related tooling
Exposure to marketplace, product catalog, construction, design, or supply-chain
