What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for the technical leadership of our ITSM and Service Desk team. To ensure optimal availability, you'll plan staffing based on demand and with foresight.

You'll support your team through regular performance reviews and manage incoming inquiries and ticket submissions in a targeted manner, ensuring high-quality processing and service. In addition, you will coordinate external service providers and report to department management. Through incident analysis, you will develop new solutions and implement them professionally.

What You Bring to the Table: You hold a college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. In-depth knowledge of IT service management, ideally based on ITIL, rounds out your profile. A service-oriented mindset and the ability to work well in a team come naturally to you.
