We are seeking a dedicated Psychologischer Psychotherapeut (m/w/d) to join our growing pediatric and adolescent psychiatry unit at a new location. This is an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the establishment and development of a specialized mental health service for young individuals.

The Role

• Conduct independent individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities in a child and adolescent setting.
• Actively participate in the organization and structuring of internal ward processes.
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts.
• Support educational and training initiatives for medical and psychological staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed approbation or advanced training in psychotherapy with a focus on behavioral therapy (more than 24 months).
• Experience and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various mental health conditions.
• A dedicated, reflective, and responsible approach to therapeutic practice.
