The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional function of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and specialized matters on-site, ensuring adherence to standards and planning daily operations. • Advise and support customers with exceptional service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, ensure proper inventory management, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with several years of professional experience. • Experience as an automotive master, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo the expert examination or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • Possess a driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with trust at an equal level. What's On Offer • Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for full-time employment (39 hours/week), with part-time options available. • Additional €300 gross per month as a functional operations management allowance, plus supplements for extra responsibilities. • Annual holiday pay (€1,062 gross) and Christmas bonus (€1,062 gross). • 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave for extraordinary occasions and the possibility of a sabbatical.
