Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development including Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features such as customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
• Build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging across chat, voice, and digital channels.
• Design scalable integrations and architecture across enterprise systems.
• Lead code reviews and delivery execution.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Banking domain experience in areas such as Retail, Lending, Customer onboarding, or KYC.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce, including AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Experience with Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.

Preferred Skills:

• MuleSoft or general integration experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
• FSC Accredited Professional.
• Data Cloud or AI certifications.

Candidate Profile:

• Financial Services Cloud Subject Matter Expert with a strong development background.
• Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver hands-on solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
