ServiceNow Administrator (Cleared) with Security Clearance

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions LLC is seeking a cleared and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support our work with a U.S. Department of Defense customer at the forefront of national security. This is a high-impact role embedded with a mission-critical government enterprise team in the National Capital Region. As part of the Blue Sky team, you will keep our federal customer's ServiceNow platform running at peak performance - managing environments, deploying capabilities, and ensuring every system meets the exacting standards of the DoD enterprise.

Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site; limited remote eligible for unclassified work) Clearance: Active TS/SCI REQUIRED Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 0800-1700 EST Certification: ServiceNow CSA required at hire Experience: 3+ years ServiceNow administration WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the administration and health of ServiceNow development, test, and production cloud environments. • Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls across all instances. • Execute ServiceNow platform version migrations (minimum annually, staying within 2 versions of current release). • Coordinate and deploy workflow updates across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CMDB modules. • Maintain strict environment discipline - dev/test never holds production data; mirrors prod config at all times. • Support API integrations between ServiceNow and external DoD enterprise platforms. • Partner with the ISSE to keep the platform compliant with RMF controls and DoD security requirements. • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and government CDRL deliverables. • Participate in agile sprint ceremonies, CCBs, and program management reviews.

WHAT YOU BRING Required: • Active TS/SCI security clearance (must hold clearance at time of application - no exceptions). • U.S. Citizenship. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - active certification. • 3+ years of enterprise ServiceNow administration experience. • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and/or HRSD module configuration. • Proven ability to manage platform deployments across dev, test, and production lifecycle.

Preferred: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - any module. • Experience with DoD RMF, STIGs, and cloud ATO processes. • ITIL v4 Foundation certification. • Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.
