Senior IT Project Manager, Oracle Fusion & M&A Integration

The Senior IT Project Manager is an experienced delivery leader responsible for planning and executing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and the technology integration of acquired businesses as the company scales and grows. Partnering closely with IT leadership, the IT PMO, finance, HR, supply chain, and business unit teams, the Senior Project Manager ensures acquisitions are onboarded to the company’s enterprise platforms quickly, predictably, and with minimal disruption — and that Oracle Fusion programs deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and expected business value. This role is central to accelerating time-to-integration for M&A activity and realizing deal synergies through technology

Experience & Background

8+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years leading Oracle ERP projects with at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Demonstrated experience leading IT integration for multiple mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, and system consolidation.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and at least one additional pillar (SCM, EPM or ERP), as well as integration and data conversion approaches.
Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and on budget in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Experience managing systems integrators and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Working knowledge of SOX controls, financial close processes, and data security requirements in ERP environments.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
