The Role

• Receive hands-on training and perform work on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites as an apprentice.
• Participate in certified training through our Service Technical Academy (STA) to build essential skill sets.
• Develop troubleshooting skills through coaching and mentorship to resolve technical and customer-related issues.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, and customers regarding job progress and any encountered issues.
• Uphold attendance requirements for necessary Union training.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and provide recommendations to enhance facility efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Membership or willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry.
• 1+ years of industry experience or experience servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC field.
• Understanding of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management, site preparation, and servicing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent the company ethically and professionally with clients and contacts.
• Ability to support the activities of mechanics on non-complex HVAC equipment.
• A valid driver’s license.
