The Role • Load grocery crates into your electric delivery vehicle at the start of each shift. • Navigate assigned routes efficiently, delivering to approximately 15-18 customers within a 3-hour period. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive delivery experience. • Manage route completion, battery, and vehicle return procedures at the end of each shift. • Uphold the brand's reputation by providing friendly and reliable service to residents. What You'll Need • A valid B driver's license and be at least 18 years old. • Fluency in Dutch is essential for effective customer communication. • A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-centric approach. • Availability for 16-32 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend shifts. • Physical capability to handle lifting and walking as part of the delivery process.
