Finance & Operations Manager

Are you a hands-on finance leader who enjoys improving processes while driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and key operational functions for a growing organization. This position partners closely with executive leadership to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support strategic planning and long-term business initiatives
Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and logistics support functions
Partner with HR on payroll compliance and workforce planning
Manage audits, insurance renewals, and external financial partnerships
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Supervise finance, administrative, and support personnel
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading accounting and finance functions
Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working in high-volume environments
Multi-state sales tax processing experience required
Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
Experience supporting both finance and operations functions preferred
