Position: Product Manager - IT Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Location: Remote

Client: UKG

Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced, customer-focused Senior Product Manager with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain expertise. The ideal candidate will combine deep procurement business knowledge with strong product management, customer engagement, communication, and product presentation skills.

The candidate should be capable of independently driving product strategy, engaging with end customers, understanding their business challenges, and positioning product capabilities to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Procure-to-Pay solutions.

* Engage directly with customers to understand business requirements, challenges, and expectations.

* Present product capabilities, lead customer demonstrations, and communicate product value effectively.

* Partner with sales and business teams to support product positioning, customer adoption, and solution discussions.

* Translate customer feedback and market requirements into product enhancements and priorities.

* Work with engineering, design, business, and implementation teams to drive product development and delivery.

* Demonstrate strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, purchase orders, invoice processing, accounts payable, and payment workflows.

* Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiators, and areas for product innovation.

* Independently manage senior stakeholders and drive product decisions.

Required Qualifications

* Strong, proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.

* Deep functional knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

* Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience presenting, positioning, and promoting software products to customers.

* Ability to translate complex P2P business processes into practical product features and solutions.

* Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and customer outcomes.

* Ability to work independently in a senior-level role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or other procurement/ERP platforms.

* Experience with enterprise software or SaaS product environments.

* Experience supporting product demonstrations, pre-sales engagements, or customer adoption.

* Experience with procurement modernization, automation, or digital transformation.

Important: Experience with a specific ERP or CRM application is not mandatory. The primary requirement is strong P2P domain expertise combined with excellent product management and customer engagement capabilities.
