Automated Inspection Operator

Automated Inspection Operator Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, set up, and maintain automated vision inspection, packaging, bagging, and locking/closing equipment to maximize machine uptime, product quality, and production efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance, software upgrades, machine adjustments, and spare parts management while collaborating with vendors to optimize equipment performance and implement continuous improvements
• Train and support machine operators, communicate effectively across all shifts, and provide technical guidance to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production operations
• Inspect products using precision measuring instruments and engineering drawings, complete production and quality documentation, manage labeling and production systems, and safely move materials throughout the manufacturing process

Required Skills && Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a similar environment
• Must be able to work 5pm to 5am
