In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of business development within the Accountancy or Business Support markets. Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Targeted Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
• Client Interaction: Attend meetings with business clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess suitable Accountancy or Business Support candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
