Associate business analyst

Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Associate Business Analyst to support our business analysis and project teams. The candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and preparing documentation to help deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities:

·         Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

·         Assist in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement

·         Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business insights

·         Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and BRDs

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations

·         Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions

·         Help monitor project progress and ensure requirements are implemented

·         Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Good communication and documentation abilities

·         Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment
