You'll play a key part in ensuring our people have the tools, technology, and support they need to work effectively every day.

What makes you a great fit:

Customer-Focused: You enjoy helping people and are committed to delivering an excellent support experience.

Technical Problem Solver: You can diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues efficiently.

Clear Communicator: You can explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical users.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.

Proactive Team Player: You work well independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of issues while supporting the wider team.

IT Support Experience: You have experience providing IT support through work, apprenticeships, placements, or education.

Microsoft Technology Knowledge: You are familiar with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Networking Fundamentals: You understand basic networking concepts including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and IP addressing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary on-site IT support contact for the Whiteley office.

  • Provide responsive support to colleagues both in person and remotely.

  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new starters and replacement devices.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment allocation and recovery.

  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and equipment inventories.

  • Manage IT stock levels and coordinate equipment ordering when required.

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

  • Assist with user account administration, MFA setup, and access requests.

  • Ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and fully patched.

  • Support meeting room technology, printers, and shared office IT equipment.

  • Log, update, and manage tickets within the IT support system.

  • Maintain support documentation and user guides.

  • Assist with hardware refreshes, office moves, and wider IT projects as required.

Our dream candidate:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune

  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Experience working with Active Directory

  • Understanding of IT Asset Management

  • Knowledge of Device Lifecycle Management

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or equivalent
