This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians and APPs
• Call structure: PRN call options may be available
• Practice setting: Inpatient / Outpatient mix (primarily based out of a busy MFM clinic with hospital support)
• Access to Athena (office), Sunrise (hospital), and Viewpoint (ultrasound) EMR systems, supported by a 109-bed Level IV NICU and dedicated multidisciplinary obstetric specialists
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Manage comprehensive clinical evaluations, specialized diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based treatment plans for high-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine patients across outpatient clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, high-level prenatal and perinatal care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
