• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories) using WSJF/MoSCoW.
• Gather and document business requirements, data mappings, business rules, and transformation logic.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin preferred).
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Drive UAT, release readiness, and approve completed features.
• Track product KPIs (Data Quality, Delivery Cycle Time, Defect Rate, Stakeholder Satisfaction).
• Maintain product documentation (Functional Specs, User Guides, Release Notes).
• Collaborate with Business, Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

• 10+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Strong experience with Data Warehousing, Enterprise Applications, and business process analysis.
• Expertise in Agile, backlog management, roadmap planning, and user story creation.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture.
• Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Python, Jenkins, Oracle, SQL Server, Greenplum, Sybase, or JSON.

• Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
• Experience with Data Analytics, BI, and Enterprise Data Modernization.
