The Role

• Lead the design of temporary and permanent works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support tender and bid processes with feasibility studies, concept designs, and value engineering solutions.
• Manage design projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide expert technical guidance to project teams and act as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and assessments for safe and successful project delivery.

What You'll Need

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with five years of experience, or ten years of equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction engineering and design.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and foster positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and sustainable engineering practices.
