The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice on a wide range of fresh products including meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items.
• Enhance product appeal through attractive displays and creative presentations.
• Prepare and portion products with precision and care.
• Independently produce specialty items according to established recipes.
• Maintain high standards of freshness, presentation, and hygiene.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or a specialist in the food trade with a focus on butchery.
• A passion for interacting with people and a strong interest in the retail sector.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift system, including Saturdays.
