Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs.<br />Make key architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.<br />Lead engineering discussions and influence design approaches.<br />Mentor developers and support the growth of the wider engineering team.<br />Champion clean code, testing, automation, and best practices.<br />Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.<br />Play a central role in a large-scale platform transformation.<br />What We’re Looking For You’ll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and helping others succeed.

You’ll bring:

Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.<br />Proven experience building applications with React and TypeScript.<br />Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.<br />Experience designing and working with APIs and modern software architectures.<br />A passion for building clean, scalable, maintainable solutions.<br />Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.<br />The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
