Systems Developer

Systems Developer (Azure / c#) East Midlands, UK 1 x per week| Permanent| Full Time | 37.5 hours per week About the Role We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global organisation with a strong UK presence, looking for a Systems Developer to join their IT team.

You'll be responsible for the development and coding of high-quality solutions and packages that meet project requirements, deconstructing complex problems into manageable steps as you support the business in delivering IT-enabled change.

You'll contribute to a strong team culture by writing, reviewing and providing constructive feedback on colleagues' code, and by producing clear technical documentation for internal and external use.

This is a great opportunity for a systems or software developer with a strength in Azure Integration Services, looking for a new challenge with a business that values technology as a driver of change .

What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing and coding solutions that meet project and business requirements<br />Breaking down complex problems into manageable steps and thinking critically about solutions<br />Reviewing code written by other developers and providing constructive feedback<br />Producing clear technical documentation for internal and external audiences<br />Participating in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint reviews<br />Translating non-technical business requirements into clear, concise technical specifications<br />Understanding cloud architecture and business processes, and how these are implemented at code level What We're Looking For Good working knowledge of Azure Development &amp; Azure Integration Services, including Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps and API Management<br />Experience with Bicep for Azure infrastructure-as-code<br />A keen eye for detail and strong time management, with the ability to meet deadlines<br />A passion for technology and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks and tools as the field evolves<br />Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders<br />The right attitude — a genuine interest in understanding business needs and putting them first What's On Offer A permanent, full-time role with a well-established global business<br />A distinctive, campus-style site with free on-site parking and good public transport links<br />Generous holiday allowance, including public holidays<br />Matching contributory pension scheme<br />Profit share bonus scheme<br />Option to join a Share Save scheme<br />A generous staff discount scheme<br />Interested?
