Job Title: Dynamics CRM/ D365 Consultant

Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: Long term contract

Experience: 1 3 + years

Job Description

Must have at-least 12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for CRM applications.
Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with required stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Ensure test coverage for CRM customizations, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Support UAT execution and coordinate with business users for sign-off.
Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.
