About Us


CS Architects, Noah Infrastructure, and Noah Interiors are fast-growing design-build companies specializing in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Turnkey Construction, Interior Fit-outs, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).


We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who can generate business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, manage enquiries, and convert them into successful projects.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development


Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Meet developers, landowners, corporates, architects, consultants, and homeowners.

Build strategic referral and channel partner networks.


Client Relationship Management


Respond to client enquiries received through email, website, LinkedIn, referrals, and calls.

Understand project requirements and arrange client meetings.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.


Proposal & Commercial Coordination


Coordinate with the Estimation and Design teams to prepare BOQs, proposals, and quotations.

Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

Follow up until project award.

Ensure smooth handover to the Project Management team after project confirmation.


Sales & Pipeline Management


Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

Track leads, proposals, negotiations, and conversions.

Submit weekly sales reports.


Preferred Experience


5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

Experience in Architecture, Construction, Interiors, Real Estate, or Design-Build companies.

Strong network within the construction industry will be an advantage.

Qualification


MBA (Marketing) / B.E. Civil / B.Arch / Any Graduate with relevant industry experience.
