About Our Customer 4way Recruitment has partnered directly, with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire and Security Minor Works engineer for their team.

Working on a variety of small works and upgrade projects, you'll be responsible for the installation, modification and commissioning of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems while delivering a first-class service to customers.

Salary and Benefits - Fire &amp; Security Minor Works Engineer Competitive salary of £38,000 - £44,000<br />Regular overtime available to increase your annual earnings<br />Ongoing manufacturer and technical training<br />25 days holiday plus bank holidays.<br />Supportive management team with regular engineering meetings<br />Company tools, equipment and resources provided<br />Long-term career progression within a growing business Key Responsibilities - Fire &amp; Security Minor Works Engineer Completing minor works, upgrades and small installation projects across Fire &amp; Security systems<br />Installing, commissioning and modifying CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm systems<br />Supporting the Minor Works and Installations Team to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time<br />Carrying out maintenance work where required within your region<br />Coordinating site visits with customers and the scheduling team<br />Reporting technical issues and working alongside the Lead Engineer to resolve complex faults<br />Managing van stock and ordering materials through the Stores team<br />Providing additional support to Service Engineers when business needs require<br />Attending engineering meetings and manufacturer training courses<br />Continuously developing your technical knowledge to deliver the highest standards of customer service Skills and Experience - Fire &amp; Security Minor Works Engineer Previous experience working as a Fire &amp; Security Engineer on installations or minor works projects<br />Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems<br />Experience with a range of manufacturers including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Paxton, PAC, Salto and other analogue systems<br />Relevant Fire &amp; Security qualifications or industry accreditations<br />Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues<br />Full UK Driving Licence Why Join this company ?
