Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Copilot agents
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, JSON, Microsoft Graph API, and connectors
  • Experience connecting Copilot solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI-driven solutions
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, authentication, permissions, and security models
  • Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Copilot agents, integrations, data access, and authentication issues
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation, and governance initiatives
