Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Role Overview

• We are scaling how our platform acquires, enriches, and acts on host data across all supply types, including homes and hotels. As the Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you will sit at the center of this effort within the Supply Tech team. This is primarily an implementation role: you will help build the infrastructure that sources and enriches third-party data, design the pipelines that consolidate fragmented data into reliable systems of record, and ship the automations that put all of it to work for Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations teams. We need someone who can assess a messy data landscape, make a call on the right path forward, and then build the solution.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Automation & Implementation

• Identify data sources that support the GTM motions across supply types (lead sourcing, outreach sequencing, CRM hygiene) and own delivery from prototype to production.
• Build and maintain integrations between data sources, workflow tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier), and CRMs (Salesforce/Airtable).
• Translate business requirements from Revenue Ops, Sales, and Growth into working systems, not just recommendations.

Data Sourcing & Consolidation

• Manage data sources, handle data cleanup, and work with both structured and unstructured data, as well as private and public data sets.
• Execute lead and data enrichment activities (e.g., aggregating leads from multiple sources, enriching the data, and driving lead usage).
• Map current data capabilities across verticals, identify gaps, and evaluate third-party vendors to close them (e.g., competitive intelligence, host enrichment).
• Implement consolidation pipelines that provide downstream teams with a reliable single source of truth.
• Define and maintain data standards and field governance ensuring system trustworthiness over time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or a closely related technical role.
• Clay Experience: ~1 year of experience setting up an instance in Clay, building workflows on top of results, and handling overall Clay implementation.
• Database Skills: Advanced expertise in SQL (ability to write queries to validate data, investigate anomalies, or pull ad hoc analysis).
• Workflow Automation: Experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or equivalent).
• CRM: Comfortable working with Salesforce data, building reports, and managing field mappings.
• Data Quality: Strong instinct for data quality; ability to navigate complex data structures and connect business use cases back to data pipelines.

Strong Plus

• Python or TypeScript for scripting lightweight data transformations or API integrations.
• Experience leveraging multiple third-party data sources (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
• Experience working across multiple supply types or business segments simultaneously.
• Prior work in a marketplace or platform company where data coverage directly drives top-of-funnel outcomes.
• Experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Retool) for building lightweight internal tools.
