What You'll Be Doing

As a Merchandise Allocator, you'll be at the heart of our inventory management process, helping maximise sales opportunities by ensuring our stores have the stock they need to succeed.

• Manage stock allocations across Lovisa's global store network.

• Ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.

• Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to support sales performance.

• Coordinate stock transfers between stores and regions.

• Support the rollout of new collections, promotions, and weekly planogram updates.

• Analyse stock-to-sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain accurate inventory data and reporting.

• Work closely with Merchandise, Operations, and Store teams to resolve stock-related queries.

• Contribute to exciting projects that support Lovisa's continued global growth.

About You

You're highly organised, naturally analytical, and enjoy turning data into action. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and love being part of a team that's focused on achieving results.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confidence working with large volumes of data and inventory information.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong computer literacy.

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the business.

• A passion for retail, product, and understanding what drives sales performance.
