Product Specialist
Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac, Bowling Green, KY
Compensation: $12/hour base plus commission. Our product specialists earn between $35,000 and $300,000+ annually depending on performance, with our top performers consistently earning six figures. The harder you work the process, the more you make, there's no cap on your earning potential.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off each week and one Saturday off per month.

About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you'll build relationships with customers and guide them through one of the biggest purchases they'll make this year.

You'll

Develop lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Ask questions and genuinely listen to understand what customers need
Learn our new and used inventory inside and out so you can advise customers with confidence
Deliver professional, high quality vehicle demonstrations
Work through objections and close sales
Follow up with past customers to build a referral pipeline
Complete vehicle delivery to GM standards
Report to your Sales Manager on goals, activity, and performance
Represent Leachman professionally (Leachman polo and business slacks)
Complete required training

Valid, clean driving record for the past two years
