Job Description:
Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop practical training experiences for end users.
• Translate technical and business content into clear instructional materials, user guides, and training modules.
• Create, maintain, and update training content and documentation within Microsoft SharePoint and other internal platforms.
• Identify employee-side risks, resistance, and adoption challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop measurement and reporting mechanisms to track change adoption, utilization, and employee proficiency.
• Support business leaders and managers in executing change and adoption plans.
• Integrate change management and training activities into overall project plans and timelines.
• Support large-scale organizational and global/cross-cultural change initiatives.
• Develop engaging digital learning content using modern instructional design and learning techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong instructional design and content development experience.
• Experience supporting global and cross-cultural change programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle phases.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with web-based learning platforms and modern learning methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Change Management certification, preferably Prosci.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Instructional Design certification.
• Strong instructional design/content development portfolio.
• Experience creating employee-facing training and change adoption content.
