This employer is looking for a skilled professional to contribute to crucial energy infrastructure projects across Western Germany, playing a key role in the energy transition. They are a reputable company known for its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting components like connectors and insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly.
• Update and revise plan documents with necessary markings.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of major energy infrastructure modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic) or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in metalworking, ideally from construction, mechanical engineering, energy, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments throughout Western Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
