Job Description

Our client is a family founded and operated tool and die machine shop known for quality, on-time response, and precision machining. Incorporated in 1985, they are located in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Our advanced techniques include Wire EDM, Conventional EDM, CNC Machining, and other traditional processes. We convert your specifications and designs into superior products.

In the manufacturing process we utilize common as well as exotic materials including: Carbide, Aluminum, Delrin, Titanium, Tantalum, Steel, silver, and Inconel, among others.

Our work is done onsite, including carbide and heat treatment. We have complete control throughout the production process. In-house operations eliminate the need to ship to outside services. The result:

  • Reduced lead time and cost,
  • Speed of delivery,
  • Reduction or elimination of customer down time
We are currently seeking an experienced and fully qualified toolmaker knowledgeable in Mastercam software. This individual will manage a small team of 3-4 machinists and oversee the day to day operations of our CNC milling department. This individual will supervise but will also be responsible for running machines as necessary to achieve optimal utilization of the CNC milling area.
Pay Rate:
$40-45 an hr.
