Network Infrastructure Engineer I

Build and support Amazon Dedicated Cloud network infrastructure across data center locations. Deploy and configure network hardware, validate cabling, troubleshoot connectivity and routing issues, manage tickets and vendor work, and help improve network operations. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; travel may reach 40%.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status and blockers to leadership and project managers.
• Build network devices and validate cabling.
• Coordinate cabling vendors and perform quality assurance.
• Support network deployments and hardware migrations during change windows.
• Complete customer requests and manage work through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, device configuration, and related issues.
